Cities We Serve
A Baldwin County Firm Since 2012
James Parrish Coleman was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2006 and opened the firm in July 2012. His son and law partner, James Parrish Coleman III, a Baldwin County native, was admitted to the Alabama Bar in April 2015 and joined the firm that year. Both principal attorneys are registered with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
We are a full-service firm. Our attorneys handle family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning and probate, juvenile law, and property law. When a criminal charge overlaps with a custody or divorce case, we can guide you through both.
At your consultation, we get to know your situation, explain the law without the jargon, and work with you on a plan of action. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, and we do not promise what we cannot deliver.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Service Area
Do You Only Represent People in the Cities Listed Above?
No. We represent clients throughout Baldwin County. The cities on this page are communities we serve, and they are not a complete list of where our clients live or where their cases are heard.
Which Court Will Hear My Criminal Case?
It depends on the charge and where it arose. City ordinance violations, traffic offenses, and misdemeanors within city limits can be heard in a municipal court, such as those in Daphne, Foley, and Orange Beach. State-level misdemeanors may go to Baldwin County District Court, and felony matters typically move on to the Baldwin County Circuit Court in Bay Minette. After reviewing your charges, an attorney can tell you where your case is likely to be heard.
How Do I Schedule a Consultation?
